A exclusive-use retreat estate in
the hills of Italy's Le Marche
A private 19th-century estate for up to 22 guests — with dedicated space for practice and gathering, estate-grown food and wine, and full on-site support for yoga, wellness, and leadership retreats.
Welcome to Villa Pascali
A lovingly restored estate in the
hills of Le Marche
Originally designed as a family summer retreat for the Pascali family in 1845, the property was discovered in a state of ruination in 2010 by the Monkhouse family, who immediately fell in love with its views, tranquillity and natural beauty. After many years of restoration and a vision to return the property to its intended purpose, we are now welcoming guests to relax and explore this stunning, undiscovered corner of Italy.

A perfect setting for retreats & events
Set across seventeen private acres in the Sibillini foothills, Villa Pascali is built for the way retreats actually work. The whole estate is yours exclusively — space for up to twenty-two guests — with the kind of varied, flexible layout a good programme needs: a dedicated yoga garden where morning practice opens to views of the mountains, and intimate rooms and quiet corners scattered through the grounds that become natural spaces for breakout sessions, workshops, and one-on-ones. Between sessions, the land does its own work — terraced gardens, vineyards, woodland paths, and long unhurried evenings over estate-grown wine and local Marche cooking. With genuine on-site support handling the logistics, your group can simply arrive, settle, and go deep, while you get on with running your retreat.
The Lesser-Known, charming Italy
Beyond the estate, Le Marche opens up as one of Italy's last undiscovered corners — the ideal backdrop for a retreat that balances stillness with exploration. The Sibillini Mountains rise just beyond the valley, offering guided hikes, wild-swimming spots, and trails through some of the country's most dramatic and least-crowded landscapes, while the Adriatic coast and its beaches sit within easy reach for a change of pace. Closer to home, groups can wind through medieval hilltop villages, gather for a hands-on pasta-making class, taste Verdicchio and Rosso Piceno at family-run wineries, or arrange restorative extras like massage and sound healing to weave into the programme. It's a region that rewards the curious — enough on the doorstep to build a rich, varied itinerary, yet unhurried enough that no one ever feels rushed.

Remote in feel, simple in reach
Tucked away as it feels, Villa Pascali is well connected — within reach of several regional airports and an easy transfer from the coast, with arrangements we're happy to help coordinate for your group. Once you're here, our on-site team takes care of the details, so you and your guests can focus entirely on the retreat.
